General shipping and payment information

The orders are usually ready for dispatch within 24-72 hours and are forwarded to the dispatch department. Important: the delivery will only take place after receipt of payment!

Your orders are shipped by default via YunExpress/Hermes (8-16 working days) or, if you select "Faster premium shipping" at checkout, by DHL (4-12 working days, 3€ surcharge).

The standard shipping time is:

Germany (8-16 working days) or premium shipping (4-12 working days)
Austria (8-16 business days)
Switzerland (8-16 business days)
Our shipping times apply from the shipping confirmation.
